| Comment: | I love to read one book of the Bible at a time. I figure it was written as a complete letter so I should try and read it in one sitting. It's working for me. |

| Comment: | I'm not sure about the rest of you, but memorizing verses is like the biggest thing in my spiritual life. It's totally necessary to hide God's Word in your hearts. So my Bible study time involves memorization time always. Ciao! |

| Comment: | I love studying the Bible outside on a nice day. I treat it like I'm on a date with Jesus. I pack a picnic lunch, grab my fishing pole and go sit out on the pier. I open my Bible and talk with my God as I read the Scriptures. It is refreshing sometimes to just get out of the house and changes things up with the location of your Bible study. Try it out! |

| Comment: | The best way that helps many people is the subject method. To pick a subject (for example: What is the soul?) and then find all the scriptures pertaining to that subject before you draw a conclusion.
Also, not to force my beliefs on to others, but another method that is useful is to have Bible-study aids, or publications, that discuss various subjects. If, and only if, you choose you can visit watchtower.org and print out various publications. They will also help you find necessary scriptures about a particular topic. |

| Comment: | I recommend starting in Matthew and just plow through the New Testament. If you want to do morning Bible studies then set your clock for a half hour earlier than you normally get up. Pray before you start reading that God will teach you from His Word the things you need to learn. You should be able to read a chapter or two a day that way. I also use the Lord's Prayer as an outline for praying. I don't know why you resent God, but you need to repent of that. Maybe He had to allow some things to happen in your life to get your attention. |

| Comment: | There many study methods... but the best way is to get to know the author. Pray that His living word will be revealed to you, and you will get more out of your study than any other way. If you are a truly saved believer, the Holy Spirit will show you things in the Bible. I would also suggest a good study Bible. I have a Nelson KJV....and it has helped me tremendously |

| Comment: | Listen to the Bible on Cds while in your car. It isnt good for 'study' per se but you can really listen to a lot of scripture and listen to it in an uninterrupted context. And they pronounce all those tough names for you. You can listen to audio clips on the net of various narrators so you can find one that you like. Just go to a bible audio website. |
